CA Service Catalog 12.9 Custom Status

    In CA Service Catalog, when we add new custom HOLD status (Refer the steps in the blog we are unable to Resume the Service Request from this custom HOLD status from within the Service Request Form. We can Resume the request by using Actions->"Hold/Resume" functionality from the request list.


    To maintain a uniformity we should have the function to "Resume" the request from within the form in cases where SR is placed in custom HOLD status. (Please note: Default HOLD status already has this functionality)
