CA Service Catalog 12.9 Custom Status

    In CA Service Catalog, when we add new custom HOLD status (Refer the steps in the blog https://communities.ca.com/people/Hemant_Gautam/blog/2016/11/03/adding-custom-hold-status-to-ca-service-catalog-129-and-its-underlying-issues) we are unable to Resume the Service Request from this custom HOLD status from within the Service Request Form. We can Resume the request by using Actions->"Hold/Resume" functionality from the request list.

     

    To maintain a uniformity we should have the function to "Resume" the request from within the form in cases where SR is placed in custom HOLD status. (Please note: Default HOLD status already has this functionality)
