Auto Generate Email Notification to Assigned Group / Individual on Ticket Creation

    We utilize many service catalog items (ticket templates) to generate tickets that are automatically assigned to another team or individual.   When these tickets are created, the system does not provide any notification to the assigned group / individual.


    It would be a great help if the system would generate an email when the ticket is assigned during creation.
