log changes done on "stop service type"

    Stop the service type has an impact on the SLA, for this reason any change affecting sla has to logged in an history.



    In the status detail, we need a sub tab "log", it will be the history tracing the contact and date when "Stop Service Type Events and Targets?" was checked or unchecked.
