Make 'Call Service Desk'  feature configurable by user's location

    Currently there is a feature in CA Service Desk called 'Call Service Desk' which shows up in mobile app as a togglable option. The feature today is configured using CA SDM option manager and only allows a single phone number unless you have multi-tenant enabled which allows for single number by tenant.


    We are a global company and have multiple service desk's around the world.

    Please update feature to allow way to configure so that phone number can be stored on user's location record and if phone number does not exists on user's location, default to number stored in NX.env.
