Send email notification when Caused Requests are added to Change Order

    Our Change Management group would like to see email notifications sent to the Requester of a change and the Implementation group on that change order when a Caused Request (Incident or Problem ticket) is added to the change order. This would keep the requester of the change and the Implementation group working on the change informed of the number of caused requests attached to the change.
