Actions in email notification to update tickets

    I would like to see on CA SDM some feature to do actions, for update ticket, exactly like we'd posted on communities.

     

    Samples:

    • Close ticket when resolved
    • Came back to in progress when resolved

     

    Close button/url in email notification
