Retrieve Service Desk Ticket Attachments VIA Soap

    It would be very nice if we could access attachments on tickets through Proc Auto. Currently SDM doesn't have a way to provide attachments via SOAP and furthermore to Proc Auto. We can get information about the attachments and even provide a link but to actually download the attachment and store it locally within PAM is impossible without some serious jumping through hoops (ie installing gzip and running a powershell command against it to unpack the .gz file off the SDM server).
