SDM-Maileater rules to update any object, or multiple objects

    For those of us that have the customization to convert an incident to a request, or a request to an incident -- The mail rule to update a ticket needs to be able to update either object. 

     

    When the customer replies to the email received for their ticket creation, if it has been converted since it was initially created the email subject line will not have the correct information to successfully update the ticket. 

     

    I would like to see the mail rules able to update any object that it finds a match on, or allow you to select multiple objects from the list to update.
