Projected Violation with Classic SLA Processing

    It would appear that when the 'classic_sla_processing' option is installed, then the 'Projected Violation' goes blank and no longer gets shown on list screens and detail of the tickets. The Projected violation value is linked to the 'ttv_enabled' option and we noted the following stated in the documentation as far the ttv_enabled option is concerned:

    So this implies, the classic_sla_processing option cannot be used at the same time with the ttv_enabled option which is responsible for displaying the Projected Violation value on the list and ticket detail screens.

     

    We need the ability to be able to use the two options together. This will allow the Projected Violation to be displayed when using classic_sla_processing
