Link to open ticket in mobile app

    Looking for a new feature that would allow to include a link/url in the Service Desk notifications that would allow to directly open a ticket in question inside the CA Service Management Mobile App.


    This can help analysts to open tickets from a notification email inside the context of the mobile app where they can then take action on the ticket.
