We have SOI integrated with CMDB/SDM. When creating groups in SOI, these groups are not created in the CMDB/SDM. Also, Items added to those groups are not created either.
We understand there's no logic within Service Desk to "group" CIs together and receive this information from SOI.
We would like to have those groups (and items assigned to groups) in CMDB/SDM created from SOI.
