Improvements in task management for Incidents / Requests / Problems

    1. Validation for the tickets (incidents, requests, problems) with tasks in such: 1.1. not allow to pass it to Resolved with Pending Tasks o Wait Tasks, 1.2. does not allow closure of the tickets with pending tasks, and 1.3. Cancels pending tasks if the ticket is canceled.
    2. Allow create notifications for the Request/Incident/Problem Workflow Task object. It exists at the level of the Activity Association, but not in Activity Notification. 


       But at the level of the Activity Notifications can't relate the Request/Incident/Problem Workflow Task object:
