On the CA SDM 17.1 version we have today the following behaviour about ticket properties:
During the ticket creation if you have properties to fill, after the ticket creation there will be one log about 'Property value change' for each property you have filled during the creation. Those logs will be saying that you changed the value from ''(nothing) to 'x'(Something). We've got this behaviour during a ticket creation that had something like 20 properties.
My proposition is that this behaviour only occour on the actual property change from something to something else, 'cause this new feature is quite good, on early versions we had to customize to obtain this, but it needs to work properly.
