CA Support – Case Management: move frequently-used buttons to top of ‘Case details’

    Frequently-used buttons like Add Comment and Manage File Attachments should be moved to the top of Case details section of the case page. Ideally, these buttons should remain visible (e.g., in a bar that hovers over the rest of the page content) as the user scrolls down to view the Comments.

    This would make this frequently-used button more easily accessible.
