CA Support – Case Management: Ability to choose which columns to display

    The Case Management section of the CA Support site should allow the user to choose which columns to display (Case Number, Status, Created Date, etc.)

     

    This setting should be saved so that the user’s preferred column order is used each time he/she logs in.
