When the CPU utilization on the dashboard becomes 100% and a specific process keep being 90-100% when we see the atop, it is necessary to run the "kill -3" and get the trace for the investigation. But this method needs CA Support remotely accesses the customer's environment by remote access, and do that instead of the customer.
What the CA Support accesses to the customer's environment via internet and directly operates the customer's environment is not willing to be allowed.
Our customer expects to enhance something else for that in future.
For example, it prepares the button on GUI to take the trace with the higher CPU utilization process by the customers by themselves, without CA Support accessing the customers' environment.
