  • 1.  Custom Email Alerts

    Hi,
    I added EmailActionEM.jar and EmailActionWS.jar these 2 jar files so that I can customize Email alerts. But seems the customized alert action cannot be triggered by summary alert. It works properly only in simply alert.. Is there anyone ran into the similar situation?

    Can you provide me the jar file and steps how you configured simple alerts

    Here you are a lower level version that Zhang posted Custom Email Formatter for Introscope.zip

    The jars (plugin) you are asking try to get from CA's representative, and it is not easy to reach them
