    Hi Lala,

     

    I think you have already posted the same issue here - NSA not getting started after updage Clarity from 12.0.6-> 13.3

     

    Did you check the reply in that thread? Please check and reply there.

    Dear Georgy,

     

    This is not the same one.

    Now I am trying to upgrade clarity from 12.0.6->13.0 .

    And now all the steps has been populated on cmn_install_history table.

    But it got failed only when it is going to start NSA.

    Hi Lala,


    As you see in your pasted log, you are getting a BUILD FAILED in the end with the list of lines to refer in the install.xml file. I suggest you goto these lines and traceback to the root cause line which caused the build to fail.

    You could search this message board for failed 13.x upgrades and installs to see if any of the cures help you.
