Secondly, we are not able to get exactly what are you looking for. So to help us more, can you please let us know some more details about your application which you want to monitor.
If you say workstation, it is the thick client and not an application. I might be going in detail but from your query we or rather I am not able to locate exactly what you are looking for.

error)  we get Introscope alert like stalls. how to setup this

No problem, we are here to assist you only.

I see Wily is new to you, so i will suggest you to go through the overview guide ( CA APM Overview Guide ) for better understanding that how Wily works and what you need to setup before monitoring your application through Wily.( for e.g. you need to install corresponding agent to collect performance related data and sending it to a dedicated Wily server. )

Once your Wily setup has been done, alerts can be created for errors or stalls or high response etc.
