When I try to create a process, I create a link with flows or action between differents servers but when I try to test the process the links doesn´t work, the Test is running but I doesnt get a error just the process is running  for a long time. Does ayone have a similar problem. Im looking for help cause all my process don´t work

If I am not mistaken this behavior can be seen when the link is bridging actions that should be run on two different machines. Specifically, the scenario that I'm speaking of is described in the article Nolio KB: How do I enable communication between 2 agents on different execution servers

This article describes the necessary configuration when you have agents reporting to different execution servers.

My scenario is different, I have two agents reporting to the same execution server. But thanks for the article.

Are you able to successfully run standalone actions on the other/second agent machine? How many agents do you have in your environment? How many agents are reporting to your NES (or on the NES responsible for these specific agents)?

It's hard to debug your situation without more information.  Do you have screenshots that can show us what you mean?

My problem continuos. I have execution server, management server and an agent in the same machine (server btpcau01); and also I have more agents in other machines(server btpcnm20 - server btpcnm21). When I run actions linked with server btpcau01, the process run the first action but then jus still running but the next action never executes.

Interesting...it's happening regardless of which one goes first.  When this happens, is the other action blinking (switching between blue and white background)?

the process begins only with one action, the first action starts to blink then stops when its checked but then the second action doesn't blink and the status is: "Process is running"

previously some other agents had the same problem, I think it was because in the install I didn't set JAVA and JRE, and I think the agents have being installed with open JRE. I installed again the agents and the problem it solves. I did the same for btpcau01 server but it didn't works. All my servers are linux 6.3 (santiago)

Also when I delete the link the action run successfull in both servers I just have 5 agents on my environment and one execution server.

Can it be you have duplicate Node ids?

Make sure all agents have unique Node ID in nimi_config.xml

For proper analysis please send export of the application and logs from both agents and NES

You are right, the node ID was the same for execution server and agent, I changed the node ID in both and the problem is solved. Thanks a lot
