CA Service Management

Hello,

Can anyone post some screenshots of the Analyst and Employee interfaces for CA Service Desk Manager 14.1 ? A video upload would be even better. I can't seem to find this within the CA Service Management 14.1 webcast or wiki.

I want to see if CA Service Desk Manager has a new look.

We only have the Webcast about 14.1, the most part of enhancements is about the final user experience (better user portal), administration and implementation.

Maybe CA going to make a video of specific demonstration of 14.1 version. (the webcast showed a CA Service Management solution, talking about all tools at this 'bundle').

We had a bit of a time crunch running up to CA World and it will probably take a few weeks before we have any videos that are based on the CA Service Management 14.1 version.

In the mean time, I have a few screen-shots of the Unified Self-Service user experience to tide you over.

The folks at CA World that got to play with it there seemed to be very excited about it. I did not get much of an opportunity to see how things went at the demo stations, but I did hear quite a bit of positive feedback during the 1-1 meetings that I had with customers.

Is it fair to say the Analyst view of Service Desk Manager 14.1 is very similar to version 12 ?

Yes.

The Analyst user experience for 14.1 is similar to the 12.9 version.
