January 8, 2015    7:18:47 AM    from Rajeev Kumar (CA) to Everyone:@Derek I have not seen or heard about such an error when Service Catalog is upgraded from 12.8 to 12.9. Is this about a specific form or all forms in the system?

January 8, 2015    7:22:24 AM    from Rajeev Kumar (CA) to Everyone:@Derek That sounds strange. Please submit a ticket with environment details. I suspect some configuration element surrounding GXT-based form designer and viewer.

January 8, 2015    7:23:43 AM    from James Mascaro to Everyone:@Paul - thanks, It's unfortunate and is causing an issue for us. We are trying to leverage CIs more effectively with our Incident Management and if the CI has a Location configured it breaks the AA, since its the AEU's Location we are interested in.

January 8, 2015    7:25:08 AM    from Allen to Everyone:@james.  that is the same boat we are in. we may have to start using the ci field after the ticket is saved since it breaks aa

January 8, 2015    7:25:19 AM    from Derek Cavour to Everyone:Thank you!

January 8, 2015    7:25:43 AM    from Roger Morse (CA) to Everyone:@James, thanks for the feedback. The CI Location is designed to take precedence over the AEU Location.  We have not heard of this being too much of a problem, but please post to the Community and see what other folks suggest as a process.  Thank you!

January 8, 2015    7:25:53 AM    from Chris Hackett (CA) to Everyone:OK Everyone - Thank you for joining today! Please join us again in February and bring those questions!
