    They didn't get their own category after the migration like they used to have, but they were moved over to the product categories with the tag "tech_tips". If you go to the content page, you can click the "Filter by tag" button and then filter on tech_tips to find them. We are discussing with the IM team to have all new tech tips posted as documents to set them apart from the other discussions. They would be in the same place then as the wiki content.

    It's not that easy. We'd have to get CA to create a tech tips category for each product. Since CA (for the most part) has removed our control over the categories, that's unlikely to happen. Plus that would balloon our category count to double what it is today. Using a combination of category (for product identification) and tag (to identify it as a tech tip) is the best option we have right now.

    this is correct, the category will identify the CA product and the tag will identify the type of content it is "tech tip" or "tech_tip".  you can also get to the tech tips thru the tag cloud on the overview page.

    Hi Andrew - just to follow up on this.. Tech Tip rollup files have also been created (here is an example of one: IM Tech Tip Rollup (December 2014)  and you might also be interested in the brand new "What you may have missed" blog series which highlights new tech tips that were created the week prior (amongst other things)

     

    From the main overview page you will see on the right sidebar all the other tech tip rollup files that have been created or you can do a search for 'tech tip rollup' as well.
