      I have a WEBI Document witch uses CA PPM Timesheets - Oracle universe. This WEBI Doc shows OBS unit (LEvel 6) as lable. I have changed a department name/description in all places in clarity (departments/ obs) but webi stills shows the older name.

      Resource workload has hidden required filter Active. The default for that is checked (= Active)

    Is that still in effect when I create a power filter for something else?

    I see some behaviour which I do not undertand: When I have create the filter express and have clicked Save and Return I get a number of records.

    When I click save again, I get a higher number of records as the inactive are also displayed.

    When I click Filter it get again only the active records.

    It is Clarity 13.3

      @ Neal Florine: This is a question for our CA Services or Global Delivery team.  They are not in the session at this time.  You could contact the account team for further discussions.  You could also explore our communities to see if any on premise customer has implemented this type of configuration.

      @Gerardo: A minimal amount of memory until the session expires is consumed on the server, enough data to store basic things like the user's name, email, session ID, any unused 'tokens' (small strings), and some information about data they have entered into filter fields, and their global permissions.  CPU resources won't be impacted.

      Hello,  Mutli currency is enabled and now I know little bit about how it works. I am looking for documentation on it. To understand it like what happens if PM changes the budget/billing currency code or resource rate

      Say you can get the rights of the user by looking at them in administration and then through groups first looking at group memberships and then at the rights the groups have. Is there a simple way of establishing what rights a user has based on association to different OBS's? A queary would be even better. The challenge for me is if there are ten OBS's and then the three OBS modes.

      The other challenge is that unlike group OBS is hierarchical and you have to navigate to the correct unit.

      @Ramana : we have configuration documentation, once multi-currency is enabled, you can activate different currency codes, and define exchange rates (both directions).  You cannot change currency codes for existing projects with existing actual transactions

      @Ramana : the only other 'doc' would be some KBs that may address specific use cases, flipboard, or community postings.  Also, if you are an On Premise customer you can do a Web Live Chat for a quick question, or log a case if you want specific functionality behavior information

      @Gerardo : % Complete and Stage are different attributes which are not normally meant to relate together. Stage of a Project may be for example, Planning or Testing, or Development : and being in a stage doesn't always mean that the project is 35% Complete i.e. This said, if you want to customize the fields and make one update when the other one is updated to a specific value, then you may explore the possibility to create a custom process for it.       @Gerardo I think we will need more information about exactly how you are trying to use multi-valued (lookup) attributes and in which version of Clarity.. is it a problem with filtering? editing in a grid?  displaying in a grid?  Is the grid a view like project list or an NSQL portlet, and so on?

      @Gerardo Editing and displaying a multi-valued lookup attribute in a project list on 14.2 for example works straight forward enough, but some other tasks with this type of attribute can be more complicated to achieve
