DX Application Performance Management

Hi All,

I'm new in Mobile Applications and I have a doubt, I think that is simple to solve....

After upload my .apk application, I can't make a download. The MAA ask me about user authentication when I try to download my wrap apk or download the properties (PLIST) file. What is this authentication? The same user like login?

This is very unusual. After logging in you should not be asked to authenticate again. Are you using the SaaS platform or your own installation of the MAA Server? Are you using the Chrome browser (it's the officially supported browser)?

I just tested this on the SaaS platform and I don't get the problem you are seeing. Would you be able to post some screenshots showing what happens?

What happens if you just click "cancel"?

I expect it then downloads the app / plist?

If you then try to download the plist or app again do you get the prompt again?

I wonder if something has gone wrong with the automated creation of your tenant.

Hi,

Can you try again without space in the name of the e.g IAMobile? Checked with SaaS team this sometimes causes the issues and will get fixed in next update.

thank you so much for your reply. You are right! After change the name, it's work. Well... "work". Unafortunately, when I try to install the apk on my smartphone, the apk don't open. Install, but doesn't work. I'll try now without "automatic wrapped". Let's try "Alternative Method"
