    Hi

I'm working with CA Identity Minder release 12.6 sp2 in an production environment and i would like to ask you if you have a technical document with the best practices to tuning the jboss native application server,  in order to grant the correct performance with a big number of transactions for example 300 modifies or creations of user accounts with a different provisioning every week.

    My best regards

To answer your question " "

The answer is no. CA did not create jboss and therefore will never release any "Official" documentation on performance tuning a 3rd party product.

That does not leave you without information though.

Log into the support center (support.ca.com) and hover over Knowledge center, then click on documentation

Type the name and version in the Select a Bookshelf drop down

Click on › Optimizing CA Identity Manager › CA Identity Manager Performance

You should also try searching the communities discussions for performance related topics:

Here are three that I found typing "performance" into the search bar in the upper right of this screen:

You should download and read the attached PDF

Number of servers for optimal performance

As for things specific to jboss, you will have to reach out to your services team members or use the google forums.

    Thanks,
