    I have done all the steps to integrate OneClick and CABI 4.1 and yet I have no global collection available when I run one of the CA Spectrum reports within CABI

    How long ago were the integration steps completed? It can take up to 24 hours for all asset data to be included in the reports.

    Best regards,

    Bill

    So after about 24 hours of integrating CABI 4.1 with OneClick 10.0 I should expect to see the global collections to start showing up in the fields?

    Will errors like this also go away after 24 hours or so that it takes for Spectrum and OneClick to fully integrate?

    Take a look at this recent post from Matt Gay.  It may help with some of your issues:

    Spectrum Report Manager on 10.0 fails with 'Failed to open connection' or 'No Records Found'

    The screen capture indicates Spectrum parameter pages application were not deployed on CABI Tomcat. Did SpectrumUpdate utility run successfully?

    You also need to make sure you right click the report and go to "View".

    Double clicking on the report in CABI 4.1 results in SAP default parameters getting executed, so we had to add the 'view' option which triggers our parameters for the report.

    Let us know if you need further help.

    I just want CABI to work.  I have a ticket open and the tech is doing his best but two weeks and I still don't have any of the collections in Spectrum over in CABI.

    For those following this, he is getting an error when updating the report database connection properties for each report.

    The WKP_ProxyUserSecurity and WKP_CustomLogoPath are set to "NULL!!!" values.

    When attempting to update the properties, an exception is happening.

    Dear all,

    you may contact CA Support for this - currently CA Spectrum R10 Debug patch D08 is ready for testing which should cover / correct this problem. This will become part of next Hotfixpack R10.1 for CA Spectrum R10.

    Cheers, Joerg

    Similar issues.  It's unfortunate that fixes are not provided up front.  Customers are forced to install the product, find the bugs that the software vendor already is aware of, then ask for help.

    Hi,

    I'm facing same issue under Spectrum 10.2 for LDAP authenticated users.

    While logged with local administrator all GCs are displayed.

    Follows below "WKP_ProxyUserSecurity" value for LDAP users and local "administrator"

    ### LOCAL ADMINISTRATOR ###
    <input type="hidden" name="WKP_ProxyUserSecurity" value="causer">

    ### LDAP USERS ###

    <input type="hidden" name="WKP_ProxyUserSecurity" value="NULL!!!">

    Marcio
