Hi Team,

I want to create child nodes under Location node (Servicedesk > Application Data > Codes > Location) as shown in the attached screenshot. How can I create these nodes and associate htmpl form with those nodes? Kindly provide a solution for this.

Hi cdtj,

I have followed all the steps that are mentioned in the link provided by you. I have made one menu tree. After publish, under customized menu, I am able to see that particular child node and its web form. However I am not able to see that child node under location node on original screen of service desk. Please find the attached screenshot for your reference.

There is missing step in thyis doc. You need to specify the name of your custom tree for the starting page

Thanks for your advise.

I am able to create a customized menu tree. I am able to see new created node and his web form list_z_lho. 

Now when I click on create new , I am getting this below error. I am not able to see detail_z_lho .htmpl web form.

These below screenshots showing detail_z_lho and list_z_lho web forms.

Can you please give me advise on this.

Something is wrong with your detail_z_lho form, could you attach it to this post?
