  • 1.  Does the user default portlets gets removed after upgrading to Clarity 14.2?

    Hi all,

     

    After we migrated to version 14.2 we are facing issues with user default filters as it is not visible.

    Can anyone confirm on this if the custom filters gets removed after upgrade to 14.2?

    That was really helpful..

     

    We performed the same workaround to get back the saved filters.and it worked..

    Hi Jerish :

     

    This is caused by a known defect, referred by the link above provided by Dave. Please check it out and see if you have any backup you can use to restore your filters.

    we did the required ations with the backup and the saved filters are back now.
