Hi guys! We know that, when the CCA agent will be installed in unix 64bit env, there is a list of 32bit LIBs required. In example: libstdc++.so.5, libgcc_s.so.1, etc. Customer has too many unix machines to deploy the agent and wants to know a list of required libs, so that customer can verify the entire list in his environment, before proceeding with installation. It's to prevent them to get different error message each time they install an agent in different unix os. Do we have any reference about it? Thank you Sheila

Hi Adnan, thanks for responding. Actually, I sent the basic libs that he needs to install, however, he wasn't satisfied, because there were one of the servers that required other libs, such as: [root@bi-prod-01 CCAAgent]# cat runAgent.error /opt/CA/CCAAgent/CCagent: error while loading shared libraries: libgcc_s.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory So he wants to know why the libgcc was also required and what is the complete list of required lib packages. So, I'm wondering if we have any other libs to be added in that list. Thank you Sheila

Adnan, I found something for spectrum, that I think that's what customer needs: Please take a look at this link: https://communities.ca.com/message/241838007#241838007 Would we have anything like that for 32bit libs complete list for cca agent in unix 64bit? Ty Sheila
