Hi Team,
We were able to push the CIs from HP UD as per the logs but we do not see the pushed data in CA CMDB. However I did find some errors in the log files as below:

also found the following kind of error repeated that I
searched and in the CA communities there is the recommendation to check the
Access Type you are using.
In
the Role tab check that you have a role with sufficient
privileges in both SOAP Web Service API Role and Command Line

Can anyone help me on this error. We need to view the CI that was pushed from HP UD into CA CMDB. Is there something we need to do on the CA CMDB end?
