  • 1.  User unable to edit cost plan - one line item

    Hi,

     

    There is an issue wherein the user is able to edit the cost plan but two line items of a particular transaction class in a project. Another user with same rights is able to edit the transaction class line items on same project.

     

    Any help on this?

    Is it the whole row or just cells at the end of the plan?

    What browser are they using? Version of clarity?

     

    There's a defect in IE11 that if the TSV goes off screen those cells are uneditable.

    So it might work for users with large screens, but not work with users using laptops!
