We are not allowed to use anything but Internet Explorer 11. I am extremely frustrated around the behavior of popups within SDM, when using dual monitors and Internet Explorer 11.
All of our staff with analyst access have dual monitors, using chrome is not an answer for us. I have put more info about the problem we are experiencing in this discussion ->IE 11 Compatibility for ServiceDesk 12.9
I logged support ticket 00010709 with CA regarding this in January 2015. The ultimate answer was:
"..unfortunately until IE changes it's behavior and JS engine we can't do too much"
Does anyone else out there share my frustration with this problem? I'm assuming it hasn't been fixed with the latest SDM release ?
