Hello,
We have CA Identity Manager 12.6 SP4 deployed and integrated with CA Site Minder 12.52 SP1.The self-service has been used by an end-user (employee) to update security
questions and answers, so that that can be used as authentication method in case of forgotten password scenario.
We would like the user to be prompted or reminded to complete the security questions and answers when they login to self-service (CA Identity Manager User console).
Does CA Identity Manager have any out of the box (OOTB) configuration to enforce this?
I am aware that there are other commercial and free IAM product have this feature OOTB.
