  • 1.  Does Service Desk Manager 14.1 support SSL for its mailboxes?

    We need to move our current SDM mailboxes to an SSL Exchange environment. Does 14.1 support IMAP SSL Or POP3 SSL?

    Hello,

    CA SDM 14 supports POP3 and IMAP TLS. TLS support for email

    Ok great! Where do we find the certificate? Does CA supply it or do I get it from the email admin?

    No CA will not provide it to you, this certificate should be issued to your mail system, so mail admin is the main person to ask, you may also need to provide whole certificate chain as described in [12.9] TLS / SSL at Google Mail Accounts

    I added the mailbox but in the error log it says Connection dropped. Any ideas?
