    Which port uses CA Service Management Mobile?

     

    80 - IIS?

     

    8080 - Tomcat?

     

    Which??

    Default SDM REST Port that the mobile app depends on, is 8050.

    Actually, that's not entirely complete.

    For downloading the attachments on a ticket, the Mobile App uses the (default) SDM Tomcat port (8080), just like the web clients.

    and 8050 be the OOB REST port that I hope you have modified to SSL like 6443 or any others..
