    When I click on these items why do I get this message?

    Hi,

    the link to "TEC562321 Clarity: Explain WIP Reversal and WIP Transfer actions" is broken and generates for me the same error.
    It works if you remove the "http://" at the end of the url.

    Hi Deepu - It appears that KB has been removed. You might want to contact Support for more information as maybe there's a newer KB. Note that the site address to search is https://support.ca.com/irj/portal/anonymous/newhome . As noted above if the link doesn't work copy the URL into text doc, grab the last six numbers and use in search as: TECNUMBER Example: TEC562321

    Hi Deepu,

    I'm not able to locate the KB either, but do check out some of the posts on the community on this error, such as this one After installing Clarity PPM Integration tab in MSP, i am unable to login to Clarity from MSP.
