Does the lookup view get generated in Clarity PPM database?
When you enable the lookup attribute, first a view is created in PPM, see examples below:
Then the contents of the view are transferred to the DWH table.
Check if the view is there. If it is, ensure you have included the required LANGUAGE_CODE (if used) and LAST_UPDATED_DATE fields in your lookup query. If this is not properly done, the lookup attribute may not be properly updated in DWH and this is by design.

If you have included them correctly, try to exclude the attributes from DWH, run a Full Load of the job, then include them back and see if that works.
