Hello Everyone,

After Running the Load Datawarehouse Job the lookups which we have created, then a table should be created like this
DWH_LKP_LOOKUPID , but only 1 lookup table is created in the DWH rest 3 are not created.
I have run the job multiple times after providing some data for that attributes associated with that lookups.

Could any one tell me why this is happening.

Does the lookup view get generated in Clarity PPM database?

When you enable the lookup attribute, first a view is created in PPM, see examples below:

Then the contents of the view are transferred to the DWH table.

Check if the view is there. If it is, ensure you have included the required LANGUAGE_CODE (if used) and LAST_UPDATED_DATE fields in your lookup query. If this is not properly done, the lookup attribute may not be properly updated in DWH and this is by design.

If you have included them correctly, try to exclude the attributes from DWH, run a Full Load of the job, then include them back and see if that works.

What if the attribute is a static lookup, and unable to see the table getting created.

This sounds like an issue with the view generation:  that we will have to look closely at. Could you please raise a Support case about and we will take a look. Please also attach your app-ca logs covering the time you actually enable the attribute for DWH, and bg-dwh logs.

No we don't have this issue on every environment. This is a rare issue and this is why we need to work with you to find out the exact root cause. Have you had time to raise a Support issue with us? Please do and attach the app-ca logs covering the time you enable the attribute for DWH.

Hi Nika,

I have populated the Data for all the Attributes which having Lookup Associated , but after running the Job only 1 Lookup table was created rest of the 3 Lookups were not pushed into DWH.
