When the report schedule (in CA PPM) is run. I want to know where is the report file location?

I want to know the file size because I need to set schedule many report (difference parameter) for each user.

That you can do from CA PPM only, we have that feature. Each user can login and schedule based on each parameter.

Yes I know can schedule. but my use case is PMO (admin) set report schedule for each department (about 50) and they concern and want to know the file size.

You can schedule report for users and not for department, if you want a standard report to be used across department then schedule and add notification or share. IN CMC it goes into output folder but against each report you can see the history or via instance.
