Hello Team

Previously i had asked for the addtional language support by Unified Self Service and i got the document how to add the language by editing in some files in USS.

The Document contain the Language nowgerian, But by reuirement is to use USS in Arabic Language.

PLease , let me know the Arabic Language code to fulfill my requirement.

Below is the screenshot of success added NOrwegian Language.

The steps should be similar, but you would need to replace "nb" (the Norwegian ISO code) with "ar" the code for Arabic.

A few things to note though, according to the document linked before:

• The language support is limited only to those languages that Liferay supports. If a particular language is not supported by Liferay, then the Unified Self-Service interface also cannot be localized in this language.

The supported Liferay version is dependent on version of CA Service Management. For example, CA Service Management 14.1 supports Liferay 6.1.2 CE GA3. So, language support is limited only to the languages that Liferay 6.1.2 CE GA3 supports."

I can't seem to find anything on Liferay's support page to indicate support for Arabic. I did find a reference on one of their pages to a "Life Translation" project page, which is here:

According to this localization isn't completed, but also to note that this may primarily be in reference to the newer version of Liferay, which isn't supported with USS.

I then found this in Liferay's communities:

There is some form of Arabic, but it appears to be in a beta form, and once again may not be included in 6.1.2

please, what would be arabic code here in locales in portal ext file?

locales=de_DE,es_ES,fr_FR,it_IT,ja_JP,pt_BR,zh_CN,en_US,fi_FI,nl_NL,sv_SV,da_DA,nb_NO

I haven't tested it, but based on the examples I would assume it's going to be the two digit ISO code for the country. A list like this may be helpful:
