Hi All,

I've just finished upgrading from 12.0 to 14.3.

In the new version all decimal numbers are being rounded to 0. Even when I configure the field to show decimal places. This happens in portlets, object views, etc. The data in the database is correctly stored but it's not being correctly presented.

ex.: 977,92 gets rounded to 978.00 | 32831,90 gets rounded to 32842.00

Does anyone have any idea for why this is happening?

Not aware of any defects this should do the trick

did you try publishing?

if you've got a custom view, you'll need to restore to default to see the update

Yes, I did try publishing and it doesn't do the trick.

Could it be from the jdbc driver or any database parameter?

What locale is the user account?

I've tried with English (UK), English (US) and Portuguese (Portugal) without any luck.

How did you solved this problem. I am having the same problem on aproduction environment that was copied from dewv environment.

It depends on the local set for the user, can you please confirm what locale is set at user account level

I forgot to update this thread. I did solve the problem. 

In my case I had to add the following parameter to Java VM Parameters in the Aplication Instance APP in the NSA:

   -Duser.country=US -Duser.language=en

Please try to do this and restart the services.
