Am getting the below error for while revoking any access role

Can you show a larger section of the log? It would appear that one or more items in the data tab of the PX that was triggered is failing. The log may indicate which data element caused the problem and would help us narrow down the problem.

I can see Action is getting completed after doing revoke,but if i go to the User account ,i still see the Access Role is not removed.I also restarted the managed server.

I believe you opened a separate thread for this question on the fact that the access role still remained after being revoked. I just replied in that other thread.
