To all CA Process Automation customers
Problem Statement:
We have discovered that customers may experience problems when upgrading from PA 4.3. HF01 to the 4.3 SP01 release.
Customers that were running PA 4.3 WITHOUT HF01 (and previous supported releases) are unaffected, and can upgrade to PA 4.3 SP01 without a problem. As a result, we have temporarily removed Process Automation 4.3 SP01 download from our support.ca.com website until a fix is available.

All CA Process Automation customers currently running release 4.3 HF01
Proposed Solution:
Before upgrading to 4.3 SP01, a new hotfix (HF02) will need to be applied to the PA 4.3 HF01 environment to upgrade a number of JAR files needed by the 4.3 SP01 upgrade routine. This hotfix (HF02) is currently being developed and tested and will be made available as soon as possible.
