  • 1.  microsoft security patches not downloading

    The microsoft security patches are not downloading. When i try to download patches, it goes to the package failed section. Any help?

    For a quick check, please see

    Download Function - Patch Packaging fails with "Verification Failed"

    from the support.ca.com site.

    If this does not help, I'd encourage you to open a support issue to check the logs.

    It is downloading now. It was issue with the proxy. We have chaned the proxy settings and found that the patches are downloading.
