    Hi,

It would be great if we could subscribe to an mailing program so as to be informed for each Release (major, minor, patch) of Release Automation with a detailed changelog of each version and a direct link to it.

    That could help us :

    - To know when a new Release is created, else we have to regularly connect to a FTP site to verify.

    - To precisely know what are the evolutions et corrections and decide if we need that new version or not.

    Regards.

    Hi,

You can subscribe to the CA Notification service for updates from the CA Product team when updates and new releases are available. The following link has details on how to subscribe to these notification.

    Hi Keith

Look good on paper. The trouble is, this information doesn't go out, at least no every time. I lost a week (at least) and 3 cases with support just to be told later on that the DVD image actually changed on the CA download site. So I had to start from scratch with build 3017 from buggy build 3010. As far as I know, I am subscribed to everything I can:

From the viewpoint of the customer, the information regarding such updates and patches must be made available in a timely and accurate way. Today it is not the case. I am expecting drastic improvements in this area.
