    Can you let us know how can we generate the reports for the SLA.

    Can we get SLA specific reports for the particular service types.

    Hi Shwetha,

     

    Refer to below threads. It may give you some idea on how to capture response/resolution times in boxi reports (which is nothing but SLA). But not to any specific service types.
