    Hi,

We are monitoring an application using CEM, we are observing many missing response, partial response errors. Checked all the possible ways. In defect details we are getting USR- Abort message. However we do not require User aborted transactions to be considered for calculating transactions Quality/Performance. Is there any way we filter or exclude these user aborted transactions to be considered as the above defects?

    Please help.

    Thanks,

    Chandrasekhar.

    Dear Chandrasekhar.

A response was given and there are no additional follow-up up questions. So marking as answered. I am glad to discuss further if needed.
