Is NOREBOOT user parameter applicable to Intelli Rollups?
This Technical Document states that it can be used in "UPM Security Rollups", but "Security IntelliRollups" are explicitly not mentioned.

Yes it is. It is not handled by the script it is part of the intellirolup logic. Just pass NOReboot as you always have.
