  • 1.  Issues with scheduling reports via SSO server

    Hi,

We have 2 clustered clarity 14.2 instances; one works with SSO and other without it. When we try to schedule the Jasper reports via non-SSO, the reports gets scheduled without any issues but with the SSO instance, we are able to get into the schedule page but when we save, we do not get navigated to the scheduled reports page and hence the report does not run nor we get any email with the report output. Please let us know if anyone else is facing this issue or what route we an take to resolve this.

    Hi Suman,

Thanks for your response. I could not get the browser level trace to attach here but when we did the trace and hit the 'http 405 PUT Method not allowed error'. As per our internal team, when we login to Clarity via non SSO URL, we hit the server directly (so no issues) but when we login via SSO URL, we do not directly hit the server as it gets routed via IIS. After doing some research online for this error, we tried to remove the WEBDAV component from IIS, but that stopped our clarity to work. We also checked the WEBDAV component of IIS and see that PUT method is allowed. So, we are not very sure as to what else could be causing this issue.

    Thanks and Regards,

    Jaspreet Kaur
