    Hello Team, 

    i am not able to open automation studio on my laptop. here is what i get when the jnlp file runs.  can anyone help us resolving this.

    Hi,

     

        Can you confirm you applied the maintenance to resolve the issue with the expired certificate? As a workaround can you add the RA URL to the Java security exception list and then relaunch ASAP.

       And also the knowledge base article that shows how to add the ASAP URL to the java exception list.
